We offer both Collection and Set Up (fees apply). Due to our own commitments with coaching our kids sports we will not be able to Set Up over Winter. During the Winter months (May to September) it is highly recommended that castles be used in Gymnasium or School Halls to avoid disappointment that we will cancel it due to weather. If you are collecting the castle you will need

an suv type vehicle or station wagon in which the backseats go down or a trailer or ute. If your booking is on a Saturday will will arrange for you to collect on a Friday afternoon between 5.00pm and 7.00pm or on Saturday morning before 8.30am. Castles need to be back before 6pm during daylight saving or 5.00pm during Winter. Special circumstances that don't fit with the above can be negotiated.
