📣 Welcome to the team Jake!!

Born in Auckland and raised in Blenheim....and America....and England.... And Spain! 😳
🎓 I have my Cert III & IV In fitness & Instructing from the Perth Institute of Fitness. 10 year of experience within the fitness industry, focusing on Strength training for all ages and sports specific training for athletes looking to improve in their respected sport.
🚴‍♀️ I currently take a couple of legends classes (Core & Rev), a few Powerhouse classes and a Building champions class.
🏋️‍♂️ My favourite exercise at the moment is unfortunately split squats... It is a forced favourite for my knee rehab. I just have to pretend to like it to get through the program.
🌮 Fav Food: Doesn't matter what time of the year nothing beats Enchiladas!!
💪 I am currently filling in for Sheree while she is away on Maternity leave, so you will see me most days on the floor having a chinwag with someone and making sure everyone is happy and comfortable within the gym.

Update on the gym floor:
The staff have working hard to remove all the water from the flooding over night. We have now removed all the water, so all areas of the gym are operating again. We have big blowers that are drying any dampness. The blowers are noisy, so please be aware of this when using the gym. Thanks

Due to the heavy rain over night we have some flooding in the gym. We have had to close off the middle area of the gym while we clean up the water. We hope to have this sorted within the next 2 hours. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Excited to get amongst the Lido & PPH crew and coach a couple classes here & there 👌

I’ve trained and coached in a few different CrossFit & Group fitness gyms over the last 7 years and love every opportunity I get to help positive communities achieve their goals.

After studying at Massey here back in the olden days I’ve come to specialise in special pop including chronic conditions, injury rehab & our lovely legends crew!

The Fitness Centre will be closed from 2.30am-6.30am, also the spa will be closed until midday in order to re-heat 🔥

Linda is a certified yoga instructor with 6 years of experience teaching yoga in New Zealand and around the world. She specialises in teaching Vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic yoga style that focuses on building strength and flexibility, as well as more relaxing styles like Hatha yoga.
