Top Tip ⭐️
You really don’t need a lot of variety with your bar menu.

No one remembers those nights when they’re mixing their drinks and in the morning when it’s time for clean up, many hands make light work 🤣

The benefit of a BYO bar helps with the planning process.

Some couples like to shop specials at local supermarkets and others opt for buy back options. We’ve even had home brews on the menu and personalised wine labels. That’s the beauty of BYO….. we just keep ‘em cool and keep ‘em coming!!

As 2022 comes to an end, looking back there's some really awesome events and places we have worked within the industry, but the one event we are the proudest to get behind is..

The Annual Whakaari/Hayden Marshall-Inman Memorial Golf Tournament at Ohope Beach Golf Links ❤️

For those who didn't know when we started this small business, Mark & Andrea Inman, were the first venue managers that we ever worked with, and man they saw us learning the hard way 😅🤣 But were just awesome, we quickly forged a great working relationship and then friendship,

When Mark reached out after the tragic events of that day out at Whakaari with his plans we didn't hestitate to donate our "Gipsy" caravan bar, and we'll be there next year or any other year you need us! 🍻

To all those involved, raising much needed funds for such a worthy causes! Thank you 🙌

And we’re back for 2023!! 🎉

There’s been many couples who have gone through the ups and downs over the last two years. Rules and restrictions changing at the drop of a hat, immediate family and friends not being able to travel and we’ve also seen friends in the industry close their doors.

It's been a plethora of emotions for everyone...

To be honest, we’ve been lucky enough as a business to be able to prioritise our couples and give them the flexibility, to see their journey through. We've also managed to get our own wedding in this year amongst the chaos that was C #$-19.

It's great to be back, can't wait to share the love 🥂

Based in the Bay of Plenty servicing Whakatane, Rotorua, Tauranga & the wider surrounds adding incredible value to weddings, engagement parties, 21st & graduations, corporate events, milestone celebrations, hen’s and stag do’s, you name it!

We offer standard and customised bar services, lawn games, outdoor bar set up’s & entertainment packs. Most of all, we love to travel. So whether it’s a private event or off the grid, we will happily dress for any occasion bringing your visions to life!
