Jodie and Luke - part 2!
What a day! Stunning day with a touch of wind here and there, but it didn’t stop anyone having a phenomenal day! After the grazing table we sent out a pork belly canapé with chimichuri, before then tucking into dinner service.
With a few dietaries we made some changes. We smoked salmon for the pescatarians, tofu for the vegetarians, and chicken breast for someone who didn’t like chicken thigh. The menu below was what was chosen by the clients…
- Spiced chicken thigh
- Herb rubbed ribeye
- Tomato salad, fried capers, mozzarella, bass and avocado dressing
- Rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes
- Simple green salad with Dijon dressing
- Spice roasted cauliflower, whipped feta, pine nuts, and pomegranate
I was stoked to be part of their big day as I often come across Jodie at weddings when she’s doing her thing with either or !
