What an absolute privilege it was to cover the hikoi in pōneke today for Te Pīhopatanga o Aotearoa.
Was also great to bring Eru Paranihi out of retirement and take charge of the camera whilst I ran audio, Absolute gun with that camera bro!

Hey fam,
Some of you may know Taniwha Sports Club hosts Taniwhathon each year and this year, we kick off at 11am tomorrow for another 24 hours of torture to raise funds for a deserving charity. This year, that charity is Family Works Central, who provide support to vulnerable tamariki in Porirua.

This year, for the 3rd year running, Mauri AV is providing the broadcast for the event (with the help of Streamliner Productions) via Taniwha TV youtube channel. We are upping our game this year with a 6 Camera Live broadcast, with commentary, interviews and behind the scenes action. We are also doing a live podcast episode of Between 2 Taniwha on Saturday evening

Had an awesome day at Entech Roadshow in Shed 6 today. Lots of cool tech on display and many new industry connections aquired.

If you are in events, AV or production of any sort, then try get along to Entech Roadshow next year as it is well worth the time.

Back to Te Rauparaha Arena Tomorrow for day 2 of Te Kiwa Nui Festival 2024 (7th & 9th August).
