We are all go for tomorrow!
It's pretty moist out there, and we've made arrangements for backup shelter so everyone has dry space to gather under for our Spring Festival. We'll have a blazing fire also!

Hand poke has its own design qualities, aesthetic and spiritual essence that revitalise rich, older belief systems. Inserting ink into skin by hand allows me to connect to my cultural traditions; Celtic, Croatian and Maori, through a time honoured practice and design tradition. Keep an eye out for our Temazcal build at Spring Festival!

& will be facilitating a Men's workshop at the Temazcal by the estuary and later an open Temazcal for festival attendees.

A Temazcal is a sweat lodge steeped in Mexican heritage. It involves participants in a fire ceremony out of the Temazcal, once inside hot volcanic rocks are placed in the centre, and water is poured over the rocks to produce steam. Temazcal like other forms of steam rooms has many physical benefits.
