Hey folks, gather 'round for a tale of love and adventure, Nomad Weddings-style!

So get this, on the 12th of February 2024, Yutong and Shuze decided to take the plunge and tie the knot in a super sweet Queenstown elopement. And let me tell you, it was something straight out of a fairy tale, captured flawlessly by the talented duo, James and Josh from Nomad Weddings.

The day started off with Yutong getting all dolled up at Kawarau Village, with a skilled makeup artist making sure she was looking her absolute best. Meanwhile, Shuze was off getting his hair done, making sure he didn't sneak a peek at his bride until the big moment.

Once everyone was looking sharp, they made their way to Trelawn Place, with Yutong carrying all the important stuff in her day bag – you know, rings, vows, flowers, the works.

And then came the big moment, the first look down the aisle before the ceremony kicked off. It was intimate, it was beautiful, and it was over before you could say "I do." But not before popping a bottle to celebrate, of course!

After the ceremony, Yutong slipped into another stunning dress, and off they went for a photo shoot against the breathtaking backdrop of Queenstown. Coronet Peak or Lake Hayes, you name it, they captured it all – two hours and twenty-five minutes of pure magic.

And when the day was done, the planner made sure they got back to their digs safe and sound, with a backup plan in case Mother Nature decided to rain on their parade.

Cliff and Maria, who embarked on their incredible journey after meeting through a mutual friend just 1-2 years after graduating from university, have shared their heartwarming love story with us. This charming, down-to-earth tale is a testament to the beautiful surprises life has in store, even when we least expect them.

It all began when Mariah's name came up in conversation in September 2017. Cliff added her on social media, but their paths didn't initially cross. Life kept them busy as Mariah wasn't actively dating, and Cliff was immersed in his work. Fast forward to December of that year, a simple holiday greeting from Mariah sparked a moment of hesitation for Cliff. Should he say Merry Christmas? Their mutual friend gave him the nudge he needed to send a message, and to his delight, Mariah responded.

Their connection was instant, a harmonious blend of shared values and goals. Both were diligently carving their career paths and dreaming of a bright future. This was a love story fueled by maturity, patience, and a strong sense of purpose.
