Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend! 🌞 We thought it was time to share that we're soon heading back (yes, again!)—but this time to Argentina for a long Christmas break. Don’t worry, though—you’ll still get to follow along on this delicious adventure! We’ll be sharing the best of Buenos Aires, starting with the sweet side, full of Dulce de Leche treats. 😋💕

👨‍👩‍👦 For those who don’t know yet, half of Bloom's family is Argentinian 🇦🇷, which might explain why the Marquise Cake (pictured below) holds a special place on our menu! Stay tuned for more treats and travel updates!

We decided on a day trip to San Sebastian to visit La Viña and see what all the fuss was about. 🍰 The Basque cheesecake was originally from there, but since it's so close to my hometown and I’d never heard of it, I had to try it for myself!

And wow, it didn’t disappoint! The cheesecake was insanely creamy and absolutely delicious😋 Now, we’re excited to get back home and bake again our own version of this Basque cheesecake!

If you’re ever in San Sebastian, this treat is a must-try!
