Our Clients Tourism Bay of Plenty (TBOP) wanted a fun activation as their Ice cream stand for their latest Tradeshow stand at MEETINGS in Rotorua. 😊

We also added large pots and plants to their stand "Business by the beach".

How cute does this look? 💛💙

Our team have just returned from exhibiting at the extraordinary Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA) MEETINGS in Rotorua, and let's just say, our creative juices are overflowing! 😁

This event was a treasure trove of inspiration, packed with opportunities to connect with fellow business event professionals and showcase our passion for crafting unforgettable experiences.

Our team were part of the RotoruaNZ stand and from the moment we stepped onto the show floor, the energy was high.

The tradeshow buzzed with innovative ideas and cutting-edge services/products, sparking ideas for exciting new themes and immersive experiences for our clients.

We loved connecting with industry partners and potential clients, sharing our expertise and learning from theirs.

MEETINGS wasn't just about business. The evening events were a masterclass in immersive entertainment! 💙 💛

We were transported to another world at the Welcome Pōwhiri, The Matariki Dinner and then the Rio Carnival Celebration evening. 🎶

It was a powerful reminder of the transformative power of events to create lasting memories.

Going into the event, we were eager to learn and collaborate, and once again MEETINGS did not disappoint.

We left feeling inspired, energised, and absolutely brimming with ideas to bring to life for our next clients.

Congratulations to Business Events Christchurch for winning the "Best Stand Award". Your city garden was spectacular.

Need a conference makeover?

The theming here at A&EU doesn't just stop at table centrepieces, spectacular entrances and impressive gala dinners. 🤩

We love to stage conferences and exhibition spaces too. These spaces are often the hardest to transform as they are vast, bare and don’t often have a lot of character to work with.

Our latest conference ACC Rangoā Māori was at the energy events centre in Rotorua. This venue has charm and some traditional Māori Kōwhaiwhai patterns and whakario (carvings) so it’s always a pleasure to add some extra style into this space for our clients.

Stage design, greenery, exhibition stand design, registration desk and seating areas were part of the brief from our clients.

How amazing does the space look once we have added our magic touch!!

School Ball Goals 💙🩷🧡❤️💛

When our clients at John Paul College (JPC) approached us to theme their latest school ball with a Rio Carnival theme we are super excited as we love colour!

With a HUGE space at the Energy Events Centre in Rotorua, we went all out to create a truly immersive experience alongside the awesome JPC student council. ✨

A red-carpet entrance led the students to a vibrant tropical paradise with a purple carpet fit for royalty!

The entire room was bathed in a kaleidoscope of coloured lights, and our dramatic, tall feather centrepieces added a touch of flair. 🪶

The stage was designed with a colourful backdrop and tropical planting to surround it.

This is 💯 what school ball dreams are made of.

Breathtaking views of Rotorua's skyline and the beauty of the Waharoa paired with a rustic wine barrel backdrop created more than just a media centre.💛

Lush greenery and comfy seating established the perfect media spot, whilst subtle uplighting set the mood for a welcoming Crankworx experience.
