Want to be a chef or learn some new skills- This is the last time it will be fees free for first time students so get in while you can

we start tomorrow Monday 28 July- 19 weeks and mahi is available when completed.
Monday to Wednesday 9-2pm

An essential introduction to professional cookery, this programme will prepare you to work as a junior chef in a commercial kitchen.

Kia ora kaitaia
We are closing our training café for the next half of the year, only because we have more interest in cookery lvl3 (chef)
We will open the doors every Wednesday for our chefs to sell what they have made
IE pasta week- soup week- noodle week etc along with Hangi
Next year we will try again for café enrolments.

A big thank you to all our loyal customers that came in every week and helped support our students learning, and gave then kind feed back with out you they don't get the real experience, and even you grumpy rude customers I thank you to :)
