Rural Women conferences top of the South 2024 floral demonstration. The theme is the bounty of the bay, and I went for the cup over flows with bounty. I chose to hire an urn from and used as the accent to the design. Was a wonderful time catching up with so many women from the Bainham, Rockville area.

All my bouquets are all round designs. Can you believe this is the same bouquet? A lot of florists make front facing designs as flowers cost so much money. They look great as well and fine for up against a wall. All round designs are great for the centre of a table.

First day of autumn, and I'm fully enjoying these antique colours. Dusky sedum, rustic zinnias, autumn grasses, velvet dahlia, and of course antique hydrangea. Pretty posy for the flower stall.

So many romantics out there in Golden Bay and from afar xx. What an amazing day, my favorite part was seeing the reaction of the recipients, they were simply over the moon with surprise and delight. I had so many stunning flowers to use and exceptional quality.

Gorgeous hollyhocks. Just a few this year to see how they go as a cut flower. I haven't cut any as yet but will soon just to see how the last as a cut flowers option. I can see myself getting hooked on these, they are dreamy, cottage garden, and come in the most amazing colours.

When the groom suggests, "can the flowers match linen?". Well...ofcourse they can. Love this bouquet with is colour combination of deep brown maple leaves, chocolate spray roses and linen spray roses. Gorgeous standard roses to give the wedding feel with some flow of silver gum and preserved white fern completes this boho look. Love the button hole too.

This is my first wedding of this years wedding season. It starts with a beautiful bright country garden bouquet, accessorized with a flower crown with gorgeous fragrant geranium and mini spray roses. Black was a colour request and I just happened to have these wee black corn flowers, it gives this country bouquet class and formality for a wedding ceremony.

I was absolutely delighted to be ask to perform a floral demonstration for the regional Women's Institute held in the East Takaka Hall. A display that would be of dried material pinecones, mushrooms and what the ladies could just find at home. So I went for a mountain meets the sea theme with a bamboo structure in the middle to represent the city.
