Houseplant Care - The Basics SATURDAY 6 APRIL '24 1.30pm - 2.30pm

What will I learn?

Learn to take care of your houseplant babies better!

We'll take a look at where to place them, how to water them, feed them, re-pot them and propagate them and answer any questions you might have on the basics.

We'll have drinks and nibbles and you'll also receive a FREE plant baby to take home too!

In addition, we'd love you to enjoy a discount of 10% on any shop purchases made on the day - plants included!

The window at our beautiful shop. Especially crafted for lover’s day tomorrow, Valentine’s Day.
This same time last year we didn’t know what was on our doorstep for the following day. So many in Hawke’s Bay lost homes, livelihoods, and possessions they loved. Tragically some even lost so much more than that. One year on we’ll all be remembering what we all went through one way or another.
So although tomorrow is a day for lovers it’s also a day for remembrance and appreciating what we have today ❤️

A big bunch of thank you’s to all that had any part at all in the making of the new, improved Flower Barrow.
The biggest thank you needs to go my gorgeous Glenn, for the days, weeks, blood, sweat and many swears that went into it all. I’m so very lucky to have him. Also, Belinda, who apart from her many floral super-talents, has also turned out to be an excellent packer and right hand superwoman and also a great masseuse when needed. And Kelly, my saviour, who reins me in when I start getting carried away and steering things off track just a wee bit, thank you one and all and big hugs from me forever 💛💛💛

Just come to the end of Day 1 in OUR NEW PREMISES!!!
We’ve moved just a few doors down to 263 Gloucester St, Taradale. It’s been such a happy day for us with all the amazing positive comments from customers, families and friends.

Belinda and I had the best time this afternoon hosting a workshop for the ladies from Glenns Pharmacy. Dried Flower Arrangements and Wreaths were the order of the day and everyone did such an amazing job make something really styley and individual!
