Good way to start the week off with early morning breakfast
Breakfast burrotis, blueberry and almond scones and maple chai pudding with pineapple and toasted coconut.
Happy Monday.
In between all our corporate catering and events (Tammie even said we need to block out days...so we know its a busy week)this week we are catering for 70 children from China, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the cashier at the Chinese supermarket wondered what I did and was doing😁. When we cater for international guests we like to incorporate some favours from their home.....we are definitely cooking a fusion mix for the next 10 days but they are definitely getting beetroot and pineapple when we have kiwi burger night😁
