A bit dark to view but the sound indicates the volumne of water running through the culvert which takes the water off surrounding paddocks normally just a dry path.
Neighbour said height of water on paddock was above tractor tyre

Commonly known as 'The Snowball Tree’, this Viburnum is thought to be old-fashioned but with its beautiful burst of chartreuse blooms fading to cream, I think it has such merit… and it’s very easy to trim.
