Busy day today, we’ve got a couple of functions on we’re catering for . This was lunch we served up for a birthday in Matapihi .
Thanks to everyone that made our Fathers Day BBQ Class yesterday such an awesome day. It was a great day and a huge amount of fresh cooked bbq food , refereshments and a few laughs.
We loved meeting many of you and great see a few of you back at our bbq class again.

I’m down at Bay Park Arena all set up for the Tauranga Food Show and will be cooking all through the night because I believe in giving my customers the freshest and best barbecue I can on the day.

Made some sausages for my own freezer yesterday I’m always trying new ideas and making new recipes when I get the time.
This one was a chicken bacon and smoked cheese. I smoked the cheese about a month ago and made the bacon myself. These sausages are straight fire 🔥 I’ve hit them with some of my Mississippi Swine Shine!
A whole hog I did a while back….. might have to do another one soon!
