Still exploring creative uses for wanton wrappers. This time it was a type of Momo’s. (North east India) filled with tandoori spiced beef and ginger.

I found some cool mixed seed topping for baking bread. This is a wholemeal loaf I mixed before work today, left it proving all day and baked at 5 ish to go with homemade pumpkin and smoked ham soup. My kids like soup if I add sexy bread 😀

I am sure you have all had some kind of kebab. If you are British you will have happy memories of eating them at 2am in some city centre after a night out on the town! If you are from the Middle East it’s just street food at lunch time or in the evening for a lighter meal. If you are American you will know it as a Kebob......I have no idea who…...

I invented ‘cheesy mizuna scones’ for morning tea today. You know, that well known Japanese delicacy?🤣 ....with a ton of butter and cheddar cheese in them they were light and flaky and tasted of heaven!
