Starting our journey of hosting weddings and events in our 100-year old, restored woolshed, we have just recently built a modernised shed that holds more potential than before. With our SPRING 2024 POP UP wedding packages being super popular and SOLD OUT, we have had to open up some more 2025 Summer Dates. First in, first served. Our collaboration with other vendors ensures competitive prices, especially for Thursday weddings. All prices have been squeezed. ACT QUICK !

We have so many ALL inclusive packages on offer starting from our elopements, little weddings, long lunch weddings and our dusk weddings packages. If your dream day looks small or large, intimate or grand but with a cost effective budget in mind, then our ALL inclusive wedding packages might be just for you.
The Packages are seriously packed with goodies! Each package is slightly different so check them out on our website or email us directly. Here is a sample of what's included:. exclusive use of the venue and grounds, a delicious grazing platter, a registered celebrant, a photographer's package, a complimentary glass of champagne and punch, a delicious dinner, bridal bouquets and buttonholes, a styled ceremony and reception with all decorations, a sound system and mic, and staff for setup, coordination, and pack down. If you want more, there are optional extras like a wedding cake, and BYO alcohol. It's such a complete package for a dream wedding day!
All our packages are for Thursday’s. However you can opt to have the long lunch or dusk package on a Friday with additional costs involved. DATES Available : Friday the 14th MARCH, 21st MARCH and 4th APRIL 2025.
We have a couple of Dates before XMAS 2024 that are up for grabs too. This is for our Venue Hire Only Option where you organise your own vendors. We have reduced the price by $1000. Dates available are Friday the 6th and 13th of December 2024. If you are wanting one of the packages we can see what we can do.

The last of the autumn leaves. Autumn is such a beautiful time to get married. We are so lucky here at Te Miro Woolshed to have gorgeous autumn colours as well as the mtb park next door to capture all your autumn photos. Clare Gordon is a regular photographer at our venue, and you can see why with these gorgeous photos.

This is the one dessert I would always wait in a queue for. Our last Dusk Wedding of the season included Mr Whippy. Always a crowd favourite especially with Stu pouring the ice creams. He genuinely LOVES his job.

What a Review!!
Just wanted to say thank you very much for making our wedding beautiful! ❤️ It was more than I could ever hope for & if I were to do it again, I would do so at the Woolshed, to the same man, of course 😁 Honestly, everything was perfect. My guests loved the venue, with one saying every corner was Instagrammable & I agree! Also, not only was the grazing table very pretty to look at, the food was delicious! And the cake heavenly! And the smores! 😍
Also, thank you very much Anna for understanding my indecisiveness & being fickleminded 😅 Thanks for the suggestions during the day to make it more fun as we clearly didn't know what else we wanted to do, we just wanted to get married 😅

Social Media Minute! This was a great idea as it gave the guests 1min to take photos. Then it was time to put the phones away and let the photographer @amybellphotographynz take the professional photos.
Fifi Boutique Bespoke is back and this time she is working on creating a floral chandelier that will be an amazing centre price hanging from the ceiling. Once again Fiona has recycled and upcycled many things from our farm and gardens including no8 wire, dried flowers, forest matter and a few ordered florals. We love creating new decorations that all our couples get to use. Watch this space for the finished product.
