Yes we are catering for Christmas dinner this year at Phar Lap Raceway!

Bar opens at 11.30am and meal served from 12pm
$80 per person, $40 per child and preschoolers are free.
Christmas menu with seafood, salads, hot and cold meats, new potatoes and vegetables, Christmas pudding, pavalova etc.

20+ Years of us serving the crowds at Farlie & we’re still selling out of Hot Dogs & Hot Chips!

Once again…we’ll be back next year Farlie!

This year we hosted our 19th Annual Christmas Lunch at our own venue located at Phar Lap Raceway!

This year we fed 180 people…

Our Christmas Day Menu consists of 3 Courses & over 25 different dishes!

Over the weekend we were lucky enough to celebrate our 40th Ruby Wedding Anniversary, with half of those years have been spent here at Catering South Canterbury ☺️

Instead of going out for dinner to celebrate we ended up catering for 450ppl at the Pareora Rugby Reunion Friday & Saturday night!

We had the pleasure of catering for Jan’s surprise 80th birthday party at our venue Grey Way Lounge yesterday!

Jan’s family made a pretty custom menu selection consisting of both sweet & savoury finger foods aswell as pavlova & fruit salad. As you can see, whatever it is you’d like for your function, we’re happy to cater to those needs

We once again had the pleasure of catering for the South Canterbury Car Club last night at their 75th Anniversary dinner. All 150 guests were treated to a delicious 3 course meal consisting of:
