Beginning with a humble café in Albany in 2016, Alisha evolved into a steadfast presence in the hospitality industry. By 2021, she had developed her venture into Nourished by Trio, where she leverages her experience and insights as a working mum to make nutritious, delicious meals more accessible. Alisha’s mission is simple yet profound: to make healthy, flavourful food easy for everyone to enjoy.
