This beautiful whakataukī (Māori proverb) resonates with us; that while working in isolation might result in survival, working together can take people beyond survival and onto prosperity.

We are beyond excited that Zane has joined the amazing team at Hare & Copper Eatery in Turangi to return to his knowledgeable & experienced passion of fine dining!!!! & Rosie, in hot pursuit of her new fly fishing addiction, is joining the awesome Sporting Life Turangi team to continue learning all things fly fishing!

We have accepted an exciting new opportunity that will take Toasted Chef in a new direction....
We are so very excited about this fabulous new opportunity that will see us CLOSED from tomorrow onwards....BUT don't fear!
We are going to open for our GRAND FINAL OPENING WEEK !!! 11th - 14th October only. So you can come and get your last Cluckin' Goods, Hogfathers, Philly Cheesesteaks, Big Cheese Dogs, Mr Beanies & Chicken & Hand-cut Chips that have become so famous around town with our fresh baked bread & flavourful homemade tastiness.
This is also your chance to use up your vouchers!

We have LOVED our journey creating "Toasted Chef" from scratch and now we move on to continue bettering ourselves and continue to strengthen our bonds within this wonderful community of Turangi.

Mõrena Turangi!
Today is a great day! Rosie (the other half of the Toasted Chef team) has returned from her month in the UK visiting family after 4 long years!
Apologies for late replies and the social media being a bit quiet the past month as Zane has been manning the fort fantastically on his own, and we all know that maintaining our great quality food is the most important thing in our business!
We will be open today between 11am & 2.30pm only, so we can catch up on life & celebrate being back together again ❤

This weekend we are catering at a local gun club for over 100 members.
Chef Zane has made a delicious selection of smoko treats to serve alongside the usual tasty Hot Food menu! Sausage rolls, Pumpkin Pie, Roulade & Cookies just to name a few.
