As many of you know I prefer to be behind the camera taking photos of the Delights we create at Delectable Cuisine. But today is different. Today we are celebrating over 5 years of study, training and hard slog. Learning everything possible from the excellent Chefs and Mentors at NZMA and absorbing every possible grain of knowledge and experience they have to share. Having completed Levels 3 & 4 in Cookery progressing through Level 5 focussing on Patisserie and chocolate and then being invited back to complete a Level 6 Diploma in Hospitality Management. This was all completed last year but today marked the Official Graduation Day. I am beyond proud of this achievement and am so grateful for the support of Regan and my Mum and of course Radhika and Daniel who love to taste and critique everything I make. Thank you too to our wonderful community that continues to support Delectable Cuisine and what we do. We have some exciting news coming soon.

MURIWAI FUNDRAISING DINNER - 22nd April

Here at Good from Scratch we are hosting a fundraising dinner and auction to raise money for the residents and families of Muriwai significantly impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle.

We are coming together on the 22nd of April for a very special evening jam packed with local chefs and their cuisine, with our community at the forefront of our minds.

Funds raised from this event will go to Muriwai Community Recovery Charitable Trust.

We have some wonderful local establishments joining us for an 8 Course Degustation Dinner with some familiar faces. Including:
