Hi I’m Jaimee , I’m a rural mum of two boys on the east coast of Central Hawkes bay. I love to cook and have grown a catering business from my passion. I cater for small or large groups , weddings, gatherings or any events .

What a year we have had !Iv never been so tired in my life 😴😂
I wouldn’t be where I am today with out my wonderful helpers and my family’s support !! 😘
This year has been huge!! Help us reach our goal I want to see 200 meals out this country clubs doors ! Let’s beat this time last years 178!!

Back Paddock lakes yesterday for a wedding .
First time doing only finger food for the whole meal
They started with
👉7 Cheese platters
Then went to
👉Venison Bruschetta
👉Venison Kebabs
👉Salmon Blinis
👉Salted caramel Pork belly bites
After speeches they then had
👉X2 different salads in salad cups
👉Pulled pork tacos
👉Fish taco
👉Lamb flat breads
👉Crispy Chicken Slider
👉Cheeseburger Slider
Then when the night was ending
👉cheese toasties
we’re handed around
Massive Mahi from my amazing staff last night these ladies make my job easy! 🩷
But for now Coastal Catering 🩵 is exhausted we are having a holiday for a week
❌ NO Country Club for us this coming Friday 6th December!

Last weekend we had Omakere Fire Brigade come for there awards night ⭐️🥇

🌲 This Weekend we had the annual Christmas Cheer weekend

Friday we done around 130 meals
With 20 tomahawks being cooked 🤤 🥩

Saturday we catered for around 160 people

Next weekend we are hitting back paddock lakes for another wedding 👰‍♀️ 😄
