And They Were Wrong is a new play discussing the dangers of meeting strangers online. It brings light to this issue and portrays just how damaging it was and continues to be.

We follow a young girl, Laura, who is fighting for her rights as a trans woman at her small town school. Closely by her side (Well, sort of) is Rocket, the feisty internet friend that Laura met on Tumblr. Both talk everyday, with that kind of communication you’d think that you would know a person. But is everything as it seems? Lies, love, betrayal and trust all come to a head

Bold, truthful and heartful And They Were Wrong shows audiences just how traumatizing early internet access was, a new play written and directed by Ace Dalziel.
