Applications are now open for the Brewtown Summer Market being held at Brewtown in Upper Hutt on Sunday, 2 February 2025 from 9am to 2pm.

Spaces are limited at this venue, and stallholders will be selected based on the products they are selling, the location they live in and if they have products different to other stallholders. We also have caps on the number of the same types of products people are selling, to ensure there is variety.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THIS MARKET:
• Date: Sunday, 2 February 2025
• Time: 9am - 2pm
• Location: The Green Space, Brewtown, 27 Blenheim Street, Maidstone, Upper Hutt
• Stall Spaces Available: Sharing of a stall space is allowed, however only a MAXIMUM OF 2 VENDORS PER STALL SPACE and you must notify us prior.
- Large Site - 1.5m deep X 2m long (fits large 1.8m trestle table) - $65
- Corner Site (2 sides)- 3m deep X 2m long on two sides - $130
• Number of Stall Spaces Available: X65
• Pack In Time: 7am
• Pack Out Time: 3pm
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
• There is no power available, so if you need lighting or power, you will need to bring your own generator/solar power etc.
• This is a "No Waste" event, so all rubbish must be taken with you or recycled.
• NO food trucks / coffee carts can join us at this event. This is so it does not impact on the food vendors who have already been confirmed for the Brewtown weekly farmers market, but also the permanent businesses onsite.
• We DO allow food products that are pre-packaged and can be taken away, to be sold at the market.
• We DO NOT allow onsellers or sellers that create AI generated products at our events - all items must be made or produced by the stallholders yourselves please!
• Gazebos are NOT ALLOWED as the Green Space (even frames), as it's fully covered and can cause damage to the grass areas.
• You MUST provide your own table(s), stands, white or black tablecloth(s) and chair(s). We do not have access to the Brewtown stalls unless by prior arrangement.
• ALL stands, tables, boxes and equipment you bring must fit within the allocated space.
• You must provide your own cash float, or Eftpos / Stripe payment system. To download the Stripe app to your mobile phone, click on the link here - https://paynow-app.com/.
• FREE PARKING will be available in an allocated area at Brewtown. YOU CANNOT park your vehicle on the green during the market and YOU CANNOT drive your car onto the green
• Please ensure the carparks in the main area around the Green Space are kept vacant for our visitors to the market.
