Hi, I’m Mindy, the cook behind Asiana Catering. It's a pleasure to
introduce myself as your new Bowls Wilton Friday night caterer. I look forward to meeting you all personally over the coming weeks and serving meals that will help you warm up as we head into the colder months.

My experience in the food industry spans two decades. Some of you may remember me from Asiana Cooking School where I helped clients prepare and enjoy an assortment of delicious meals. You will see some of my customer favourites featured in Friday night menus, including lemongrass chicken, butter chicken, Thai curries and Mee Goreng etc, combined with interpretations of kiwi comforts, such as steaks,
roasts, casseroles, country-style pies, and fish and chips. Kids'
meals are still on offer as are a variety of desserts.

A couple of things to note:

- I've moved the ordering process online and I hope this suits you, too. Simply visit the website link to place your order

· The menu will also be shared each week on Facebook (here is my page)

· Please send me your meal orders before Thursday, 6pm each week

· In the event that you need to cancel or change your order, please let me know via text message as soon as possible.

130 Friday nights, 7,790 adult meals, 1,165 kid's meals and 2,890 desserts. The past 3 1/2 years have been amazing at Bowls Wilton. Thanks to everyone who came to support us on Friday nights. No words can express our gratitude.
