"Jack and I are so happy that we chose Miranda to be our celebrant. When we were planning our wedding, choosing our celebrant and figuring out the ceremony were probably the biggest unknowns for us. We had heard a few good things about Miranda from relatives so we decided to give her a go! Miranda was really great at taking us - two introverts that hate talking about ourselves - through the whole process. And as much as we hated the prep, which involved sitting at home answering questions about how we met and cringing at our love story, it was all worth it. Miranda crafted a beautiful ceremony, gave us guidance on our personalized vows and on the day, was a real crowd pleaser! She also helped on the logistics side so we could simply enjoy the ceremony, worry free. We had several people throughout the evening comment on how great Miranda was - and we totally agree! Thank you again Miranda for the very important part you played in our day!"

I am based in Wellington, New Zealand and have been a registered civil union and marriage celebrant for the last seven years with over 200 wedding ceremonies under my belt! I very much enjoy helping happy couples celebrate their love, while aiding them with this important step of celebrating their lives, their love and their families together. I am happy to undertake any ceremony no matter how unique the couple is; love is love.

I do love officiating ceremonies for everyone and weddings that have families with children (including fur children). I love intimate weddings (cough*elopements*) as well as couples with something a bit ‘different’ and kooky. I also have a wealth of contacts in the marriage industry and can point you in the right direction for your wedding plans – including wedding photographers, florists, dressmakers and venues. I excel at crisis management and can help smooth over any last minute issues that crop up on your special day so you don’t have to; it is your day to relax and enjoy celebrating your love in front of family and friends.
