Second-to-last Garage Sale Radio show tonight and it’s a special one! Super excited to have on the guest mix — Jake and I actually started mixing together way back in our boarding school days in Whanganui, ripping drum and bass sets on Virtual DJ in the dorms. So this one means a lot!

I’ll be kicking things off with a 100% Aotearoa mix to celebrate NZ Music Month, then Unwell’s taking over the second half with a fully original production mix — it’s sounding insane.

Back on the airwaves tonight for the 3rd week of Garage Sale Radio! This week we have a sick guest mix from

TAMAR is a Te Whanganui-a-Tara based DJ, producer and vocalist. After two years of honing her craft, TAMAR has quickly emerged as a standout force in Wellington’s UKG DJ scene.

Alongside Pōneke’s Garage Sale Alumni, she has supported renowned artists such as Bakey, Breaka, Neffa T, Main Phase, Sully, Papa Nugs, Jeremy Sylvester, DJ Cosworth and Silva Bumpa.

Tamar and myself have played some sick b2b sets in the past and she has thrown down some huge sets for our Garage Sale shows, it’s only right we have her on for a guest mix!

We’re back on the radio again tonight for the second instalment of Garage Sale Radio, this time around we have a guest mix from the one and only tapping in all the way from Naarm! 💥

Born in Te Whanganui-a-Tara and now based in Naarm, Melbourne, Lotu stretches the genres UKG, Dub and Footwork. His latest release Cover Yellow a 2 Track Dub Vinyl takes inspiration from Tubby Isaiah, Versa and Salmonella Dub, breathing additional life into the Aotearoa Dub scene.

As well as Dub, and Lotu’s upcoming UKG track “Tuff Club”, is one of Aotearoa’s newest heavy roller which features on Unwell’s upcoming EP release. Behind the scenes Lotu has a handful of remix’s and originals due for release later this year. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for Lotu’s next tunes…

CUBA D**A THAT WAS CRAZY! 🚨

What an absolute roller coaster of a night.. going from the stage being potentially shut down to playing our set to the completely packed out Valhalla carpark! 😵

Thank you to everyone who came out and danced and especially to Ghost Media Further Sound Valhalla and all the volunteers for making it all possible, one for the books. ❤️

Heading down to Ōtautahi this weekend with man like support Uncle at .club!

This will be my first time playing in the south and I’m very excited to take the Garage Sale sound on the road, we’re on from 10 - 11:30pm and will be spinning all sorts of tasty flavours. So get down early and have a boogie. 😋
