Epic week catering for Parnell Swim Club in Rotorua this past week, safe travels back to Auckland and thank you for your support, from the team at Smokey Flame Catering LTD

Day 1: 16th January 2025
Lunch: Gourmet sandwich – Fire baked Turkish panini with 2 cold cuts of meat, cheese, tomato, pickles and mustard mayo
Dinner: Home-made beef lasagne with a mixed green salad and dinner roll
Day 2: 17th January 2025
Lunch: Cowboy pasta salad (bacon, tomato, corn, capsicum and olives) with a whole grain buttered bun
Dinner: Asian BBQ chicken with rice, peas and slaw
Day 3: 19th January 2025
Lunch: Beef salad and buttered bun
Dinner: Pork belly with baby potatoes, sweet carrots and an apple and fennel salad
Day 4: 20th January 2025
Lunch: Tuna pasta salad with whole grain buttered bun
Dinner: West African beef stew, potato /carrot mash and a Greek salad
Day 5: 21st January 2025
Lunch: Gourmet sandwich – Fire baked Turkish panini with 2 cold cuts of meat, cheese, roasted red pepper and baby spinach
Dinner: Chicken Ala King with fettuccine pasta, peas and a tomato cucumber onion salad

Lunch: Smoked chicken salad with a dinner roll
Dinner: Sweet and sour pork with steamed rice and coleslaw
