We always challenge ourselves to create something new and inclusive, the idea is to take 3 countries and combine all 3 cooking styles using our smoker and spit roast. New Zealand Hāngī, South African Braai and Brazilian Churrasco. Please vote Whakatane for us to gauge interest levels and opinions as we do not want to offend anybody culturally but in fact the opposite, complimenting and celebrating different cuisines and cooking styles. To run it as a charity event – afternoon lunch on Saturday the 3rd August. Voting closes on Sunday 8pm, more details to follow, cheers, Andre
