Yoga Flow with Sophie – Wednesdays at 6:15 PM ✨

💪AERIAL FITNESS 5:30pm Tuesdays.
Just because we can't hang from the ceiling doesn't mean we should give up the strength we've built! Join me for this full-body workout class where we work on cardio, fitness and flexibility. Suitable for all 🤟
💃BURLESQUE 6:30pm Tuesdays.
We will start our choreo this week for our new block! No experience necessary - total beginners welcome! I will teach you a full dance routine over the next 5-weeks! Build body confidence and new skills!

Our aim is to provide a venue for the whole community to enjoy and celebrate special occasions at an affordable rate. In order to make this a reality, we're looking for new committee members to help revive & refresh the hall so it can function as it should into the future. Fitness Training Group.

6-7 am Wednesday mornings at Otaika Valley Hall.

Friendly group. Open to all levels. No discrimination so accepting of all humans.
Must have sense of humour and ok to talk about your feelings 😃😃

Training is based on boxing, Bootcamp and with some Thai boxing/kicking style as a bonus.
Please bring a towel to wipe your tears and sweat up, a water bottle, hand wraps and boxing gloves.
Cost per class $7
