And so it has begun............. the first of many boxes to arrive at Eden Southern Kitchen from Hobbs Family Partnership Orchard and Fruit Stall - they are amazing with picking, packaging and freighting all our stone fruit - apricots, peaches and nectarines and of course pears and apples so that we can have them all bottled, preserved, jammed, sauced, relished and chutneyed filling the Eden Southern Kitchen store cupboards ready for creating amazing awesome treats and delights for one and all!!
*Please note that we do not sell any jams etc - all of these products are within our food control plan for using within our scoop of practice for all our creations......... THEY ARE NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE SORRY FOLKS!

On behalf of the Te Kauwhata Community Patrol CPNZ we offer our sincere condolences to Lyn Flemings family, friends, and to her Police Colleagues.

Well folks its hard to believe but today is the last day of 2024 and I have no idea where on earth this year went!!!
A massive thank you to all our amazing customers who have continued to trust me to create so many cakes and treat/grazing boxes.......... catering for events, parties, family get togethers, the happy and the not so happy times shared together......... and of course our ever popular "High Days and Holidays" Treat Boxes which continue to bring much joy and full tummies!!

We have seen the expansion of our catered meals for all sorts of events and situations - the blokes who just a need a good feed for a couple of nights to our Lunch Boxes and all folk in between every single order has been our joy and privilege to create for you and with orders already coming in for January and February we will be back on those roller skates very soon for sure!!

We wish everyone a blessed and wonderful end to 2024 and an abundance of all good things for 2025!! May it be a year that brings a blessing to each and every heart, mind, body and soul.........take care everyone and see you all very soon!!

‘The blessings of baking that Nana used to make....’

recapturing the memories of old and making new ones through the joys of home baking......For as long as I can remember I have always been a kitchen girl - its my happy place LOL! so after gaining my Dip in Professional Chef practice at the end of 2017 and a bit of a change in the plans I began “Eden Southern Kitchen”.

Council verification and registration saw me working out of the kitchen at Winton Presbyterian Church but this year I re-sighted to home which on every level fully captures my ethos when it comes to producing high quality baking product, from my home to yours all made with loads of love, care and attention to detail.

Please don't hesitate to message me to request a baking price list and to place an order etc and be assured that the pride I take in every baking batch created has come from a business that goes above and beyond in actioning all MPI requirements within my scope of operation.
