Queremos anunciarles que después de 5 años en nuestro amado Boquete hemos decidido cerrar nuestro local. No fue una decisión fácil pero sí bastante rápida. Ha sido un reto desde el primer día, lleno de aprendizajes, de sube y baja, y de muchisimas emociones y situaciones que los que emprendemos sabemos cómo son. Ni un sólo día, ni un sólo momento nos arrepentimos de esta increíble aventura, nos vamos con el corazón lleno y con las ganas de seguir trabajando y construyendo. Dear customers:
Upon a lot of consideration we’ve decided that we will not be working as a restaurant anymore. We will be focused on working on the pastry shop, catering service and our new frozen products and goodies. This means that we will no longer be serving breakfast and lunch as we always have. In the next few days we will announce some bakery products that we will be offering freshly baked in the morning.
Our location and hours are still the same.
We are organizing the new services and products that we will be offering to all our beautiful clientele. Our catering service is growing faster than we thought, so after much consideration we came to the best decision for the well-being of our business is this. Thank you to all our fantastic customers who support us in everything and we are excited about everything new we are preparing for you!

Have you tried our French Toast Rolls? Gooey & soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. They are the perfect treat to start your day or to fuel yourself up in the middle of the day! Available in our menu all day! We are currently open from 8AM-5PM.

I was told I was definetely NOT going to be able to bake real french croissants from scratch, with my hands, without a laminator machine, without air conditioner in Panama’s tropical weather and I said to myself “F**k it, I’m at least going to give it a try!!” Second test got me feeling soooo proud of myself!! Not quite yet what I’m aiming for, a little bit more of practice and testing (and tasting🤤) and I’m sure I’ll get it. We are NOT selling them yet, neither taking orders or anything but I did wanted to show you what I’m doing and everything new coming our way!!! I will let you all know when we have them ready!!!
