I am not one to make a song and dance about something but I’m proud to say today I have been sober for 6 months. It all started as a 2 month cleanse and now I’m here and I couldn’t be happier.

It has taken me a long time to get to this point which was also very challenging in the career I have when you always surrounded by alcohol but my lifestyle was hurting me and those around me.
People who know me will know how things were and it only caused havoc. Not saying there weren’t fun times don’t get me wrong I had a blast but I didn’t like the person I was when I was under the influence of alcohol and due to a lot of trauma, drinking really brought out the worst in me. I lost my mom recently to addiction and really believed this was the time now to be kind to myself.

I’m excited to see where it goes also with no smoking & really just enjoying the benefits of this new way of life, more energy, feeling strong, feeling present , my mind is so clear which is helping in so many things, I haven’t felt more Alive and more Myself.

The main reason for this post is I just wanted to let anyone know out there that has been going through anything that’s related, you really can do anything you put your mind to to become the best version of yourself, the power of the mind is an incredible thing. And please don’t be afraid to ask for help, you are not alone and I’m sending you all the love and strength❤️

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this the best year of me life. What a wild ride it has been and I couldn’t end this year with a bigger smile on my face.

So grateful to have visited so many beautiful countries and got to meet the most amazing humans along the way & ticked off so many boxes I couldn’t have imagined.

Thank you for all the amazing support throughout the year including NowNow and my releases, it means the world to me and I appreciate you all.

This year was also very difficult in terms of my health especially during some of the biggest performances of my life and trying to deal with the loss of my mom but what I have learnt a lot from this all is self love and how important this is.

Super excited to share more with you next year, and looking forward to sharing many more incredible memories together.

Special thanks to my amazing team and everyone I have worked with this year, so much love and gratitude to you all❤️
