We would like to thank Lae city authority Lae Labour mobility program to have chosen Mavra catering to cater for the launching of the program on the 9th of Decmber 2023 at 4th floor Nambawan super building.

It was an honour serving our Deputy Prime Minister and member of Lae Honorable John Rosso with the Lae District CEO,LCA staff, Tokstret consultants, stakeholders,candidates of the program and the public who joined.
We served 70 trays of food, from 15 variety of menus to cater for 100plus heads.
Menus served include:

WORLD TOURISM DAY : 27th -28th September,2023
PNG Tourism Promotion Authority partnership with Lae City Tourism Bureau.

Apart from serving AM tea and Buffet lunch for the two days event for the dignitaries/invited guests and participants of the conference & expo, we also did 30x pack lunch for the volunteers for 2x days.

30x packs include: 15x chicken stew & chicken curry with rice and 15x Beef stroganoff with Potatoe wedges & veges.
