The wings got upgraded to drumsticks cos the shoppers stumbled upon the SPECIALS at Stop n Shop Central yesterday so that was a bonus!

We sold out on the sago rolls today.
They were loaded with goodness! 🤩😋

A first for us also today; a client asked if we had vegetarian options for this Gulf delicacy...and we said we did - only because we allowed our minds to create the taste for a vegetarian sago roll! 🤩😍
We chopped up selected fresh veges, seasoned these with onion, garlic and ginger with chicken salt to taste...and it was a goer!!
The expatriate client came back to us telling us how she loved her sago roll and that it was delicious.....yesssss!! 🙌🙌

The regular chicken and lamb rolls sold out before they even came off the fire! Woohoo!! 😍

Grateful and honored to have been able to be part of the National Haus Krai of the Late GC Sor Michael T S Somare, here in Port Moresby in the past couple of weeks.
