We are back to our old rate of P15,000 for the first 20 clients who will book for the year 2024 and fully pay between March 6, 2024 to April 6, 2024.
No. of hours use: 6 hours
Free 1 hour for ingress and 1 free 1 hour for egress
Additional hour of use: Php 1,250 per hour (discounted rate)
Inclusions:
Use of the whole 2nd floor, lounge area, dressing room with own toilet & bath, common toilet area, kitchen/pantry area, 1 VIP parking slot in front for the client, projector, projector screen, audio equipment, stage, flag pole)
The venue is good for 250 to 300 pax which will depend on the lay-out of the event.
Note: We require a security deposit of Php 5,000 to be returned after 3 business days from the event, less the damages if there are any.
Any additional damages caused by the client, any of their representatives, suppliers, or guests will be for the account of the client.
