It was fun!😍

Yesterday's WaWMeets was major for me. This is my home turf.

The first WaW Meets Suppliers in Manila.

Why did I want to do this? Coz I want to meet more suppliers, I want them to get to know me and know WaW and what we do. Coz I learned so much from talking to so many suppliers individually I wanna share what I have learned and also learn from them.

It took me a while to do a Manila talk, why? Coz most suppliers here friends ko na, and di ko alam if they are ready to see me in my speaker hat, inspirational talk chuchu. Tapos old friends ko andyan lakas mangasar too!

But Manila is where my heart is... if I get to do this here, it would be the most awesome.

The reception of the crowd yesterday was exactly what I prayed and wished for. Am so giddy happy. I wasnt able to sleep well the night before, aside from dahil sa Queen of Tears, parang ang high stake ng 1st WaW Meets. Am sooooo happy for the turnout and the reception.

Am going to make kwento.

Night before the event I posted sa wall ko to ask for good vibes and energy. Di ako halos nakatulog night before. I slept at 430am and needed to wake up by 9am. Di ako makatuog, excited and kabado plus Queen of Tears! I guess sobrang high ng past events ko the past 2 years ang taas na ng bar I set for myself. Parang I want this Manila event to be as happy and I want to go home feeling as high as the other talks and WaW Events. When I say success I mean the feeling not the number of participant or the bongganess, it can be just 20 pax pero pag sobrang worthwhile yung experience success pa din yun for me. My success is the feeling all of us have going home... high ba? Hindi siya kung anong prize or loot yung inuwi nila. Or kung sino yung nasa attendance. Get ninyo ako? Senti much noh?

With all the kaba I felt... easily sila na fifix coz for some luck, this April 30 event sold so fast like hotcakes! As in you wont guess how many turn downs I had to do sa mga gustong humabol at mag add. Ang galing ko actually kasi capacity is 100, I had 110 in total, hahaha naniniwala akong walang perfect attendance and it paid off, we had 16 who didnt make it and we had 8 na gate crashers (nagpaalam na crashers who we happily welcomed) hahaha so lahat naka upo at naka kain. I go back lang to the sign up I would be assured immediately nah this will be a great one. May weapon kaya ako... surprise guest ko si Wedding Essentials and Jason Magbanua... if I crash and fail am sure Jason will pick the slack and wow the group pa din hahaha. Pero syempre ayaw kong kainin ako ni Jason, if mangyari yan baka wala nang next Manila run ang talk ko!

I primped the experience with the kit. Naiisip ko pa lang sila when they get the kit naeexcite na ako. Ang dami dami sa energy naka pour sa kit na yan. If you believe in energy you will know what I am talking about. Sobrang lovingly assembled yang kit as in pride and joy ko yung kit! Weeks before pa lang napipicture ko na paano ko siya gagawin etc etc. Sobra kong excited na ma hand to the participants yung kit nila. And am so happy to received the message na they felt the love that was poured to it.

A day after the event, am still reading and reading the messages and postings about the event. I love na they got what it is that I wish to convey. Hindi siya words eh... it is a feeling talaga. Feeling na you can do it, you can make things happen, feeling na ang saya diba if harmonious tayo, yung feeling na family tayo na feel yun yesterday and am so happy they also are like me, we want more of this feeling. I cant wait to do more WaW Meets and meet more supplier and united we can do so many many many things for the industry and for each other.... with respect and with kindness. Empowered and healed.

Thank you again to every one who so happily offered to help, minsan sagana sa pa thank you, minsan thank you at hug lang talaga kaya kong maibigay, pero sila, maski ano pa, andyan lagi at nagtatanong... ano next. Thank you for that love you always give me and WaW!!! Than you for that loyalty and love.
