I.M.A. Entertainment is an Antipolo City-based organization, established in 2014, in the pursuit of providing a space for the youth to really explore their own creativity and the ways that it links to their local community and the world. Because of his passion in teaching, founder Dance Instructor/Teacher Anthony Andrino encouraged his partner, Cleo Shekinah Quevedo-Andrino,

to open opportunities for the youth to discover their abilities rooted in Christ. Together with film maker Director Nikko Andrew Arcega of NKO Films and Lead Vocalist Angelica Quevedo of Android-18 Band, they strive to inspire and motivate the youth to amplify, develop and share their God-given talents as to serving Him. Mission

I.M.A. Entertainment is into inspiring and motivating the youth to amplify, develop and share their God-given talents; as to open their eyes and ears to an alternative outlet of positive expression, to build life skills and a positive character in each of them. They are led and directed towards living a Christian life and putting God in the center of everything they do. Our objective is providing the youth with performing arts education and offering many performance opportunities that will inspire, motivate, educate, and develop an appreciation of the fine arts. Through performing arts, they learn the importance of perseverance, rigor, and performance and how these skills play a role in everyday life. Entertainment envisions serving the youth by building a home where dreams are shared throughout our community, with the help of Almighty God.

UPDATE: DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, we had to move our dance competition to JUNE 29, 2024 (SATURDAY).

LIMITED SLOT ONLY!!

WHERE: ST. ANTHONY COVERED COURT. BRGY INARAWAN ANTIPOLO CITY

IMA DANCE Showdown GUIDELINES:

1. Registration fee of PHP 600.00. You can process your payment to secure a slot thru our g-cash number (09772676585). Once payment has been processed, kindly send us proof of the transaction via messenger on our FB page for verification.
Walk-in registration is accepted. Cut-off is until 9pm (JUNE 29) maximum of 20 dance groups will be accommodated.
2. This is an open competition to dance groups of all ages, dance styles and genres. Only 15 to 20 slots will be accepted on the competition.
3. There is no limit on the number of members. (Additional 1 point for the 1st 2 groups to perform.)
4. No time Limit.
5. Only 3 persons (PA, RM, etc.) are allowed to stay with the group on their holding area during the competition.
6. In case the routine is stopped by an extraordinary circumstance, the management and/or judges will review the situation, and upon confirming a decision and correcting the problem, the crew will be re-introduced, and will be allowed to restart their routine.
7. Organizers should not be liable for any injury that may inflicted on any participants during the competition.
8. The decision of the Panel of Judges is final and irrevocable. Tabulation of scores will be shown after the announcement of winners.

Competition Guidelines:

• No age limit.
• Open to all amateur singers
• Only 15 solo participants will be accommodated for this event
• Song choice must be in English or Filipino Language
• No Obscene Costume or Outfit during the Competition
• Music should be on Minus 1 with a time limit of 3 to 6 minutes (max)
• 1 point will be deducted for every 5 secs. Exceeding the time limit.

Criteria for Judging:
• Musicality --------------------------------------------------------------------- 30%
(Clarity, dynamics, timing, technical skills)
• Voice Quality ----------------------------------------------------------------- 30%
(Intonation, diction and accuracy of pitch)
• Stage Prescence --------------------------------------------------------------- 30%
(Confidence and projection)
• Audience Impact -------------------------------------------------------------- 10%
(Audience appreciation)

Incase of a tie, Judges will deliberate and must declare only 1 winner.
