The company is spearheaded by Managing Director Victor Felarca, supported by a pool of noteworthy individuals which include the following: Arthur Endaya (Technical / Floor Director, Choreographer, Stage Manager), Bing Santos (Events Director,Stage Manager, Writer, Production Designer, Voice Talent) Melchor Felarca (Stage Manager, Writer), Maryo Labad (PR Practitioner, Writer) Shane Parminter (DJ, Grapical Artist) and Jov Almero (Writer). Managing Director Victor Felarca is a talent manager and events director who has trained with Trumpets and The Repertory Philippines. He once worked for the International Disney Channel Asian Tour and Doha Art Festival. Arthur Endaya is an alumnus of the Ballet Philippines and has toured the entire west coast and Australia as part of various major dance theatrical productions. He also worked as stage manager during the 2006 Asian games in Doha Qatar. Bing Santos trained with Repertory Philippines as a Production Designer, Acting Teacher and Actor. Melchor Felarca is a Theater Arts graduate from the University of the Philippines-Diliman where he was a notable member and actor of the college’s theater laboratory Dulaang UP. Shane Parminter is a Theater Arts Major at the University of the Philippines-Diliman who has also had a past in modeling for T.V. commercials and various print ad’s. He has been under Rated F for the past 4 years and started as our Artist under GMA7 for Starstruck batch 5. He is currently our in-house DJ with a knack for the graphical art’s
Jov Almero is a graduate of Ateneo de Naga University with a degree in Development Communication. He is currently taking his MA in Creative Writing at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Rated F has a strict condition in welcoming only the most talented and deserving aspirants to join the group so as to maintain its high-caliber event outputs. The abovementioned names definitely fit the bill. The secret behind Rated F’s success is smooth project management. This is a direct result of its members’ camaraderie and mutual respect, continuously upheld by everyone.
