El Shaddai DWXI Prayer Partners Fellowship International, popularly known as El Shaddai (Hebrew term for God Almighty), is one of the biggest Catholic Charismatic Community in the Philippines. Founded in 1981 by our Servant Leader, Brother Mike Z. Velarde, the movement claimed to have 9 million members all over the world. With divine guidance and providence, it has been miraculously established worldwide together with our spiritual director, Most Rev. Teodoro C. Bacani. El Shaddai ideates to bring revival of true Christian Faith among Catholics. The movement aims to create a faith-filled communities with generous believers of the Lord Jesus; transforming lives through miracles of faith. Our mission, Our mission is to witness and to share the healing, saving and transforming power of the Living Word of God in our Catholic Christian faith, as it did happen and continues to happen in our lives, from the day we heard, believed, and responded, to the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, giving life to what is written that: “Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4) Our vision,
Our vision is to bring about a revival of the true Christian spirit inside our Catholic faith, particularly among DWXI (El Shaddai) PPFI members, and serve as an institution in raising up a community of true Christian believers, as described in Acts 2:42-47*. Raising up a community of faith-filled, generous, loving and united people of God, thus attracting the separated brethren of the Church back to its fold. *Acts 2:42-47: “They devoted themselves to the Apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the Apostles. All the believers were together, and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave everyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their numbers daily those who were being saved.”
