If I could go back to my younger self, this is what I would tell her:

Love is a beautiful, complex, and emotional journey. It brings joy and fulfillment but also fears and uncertainty. But that's all part of the experience.

Don't be afraid to open your heart and take a chance on love. And remember, if and when fear creeps in, it's just a reminder of how deeply you care.

Forelsket is how I would remember my first love. I wanted to create an arrangement that could represent the pure and unconditional love I felt for the first time.

How others fell in love for the first time may be easy. But it was a complicated journey for someone like me, who experienced her first ever romantic love during her mid-twenties.

I met people who had taken pieces of me for their benefit, making it difficult to trust and believe that I could experience true love.

However, fate had other plans. I met someone who only wanted the simplest and purest forms of affection from me.

He wanted "sweet nothings" and someone to share his life with, and I found myself opening up to him, feeling comfortable enough to be vulnerable.

At that moment, I fell deeply in love, and the word "Forelsket" perfectly captured the essence of this experience. ❤️

S̶c̶e̶n̶t̶s̶ Music bring back memories I am very forgetful. For others, it's scents that help but for me, it's music. Have you seen someone listening to music while reviewing, or multitasking? That's probably me haha! This is probably why I use songs with some of our contents. With music, this is when I try to express what I feel and the emotions I wanted a person to feel when they see Rosa's creations and arrangements. So whenever I hear the song Close To You by The Carpenters, it helps me remember our Feb Collection #RosaInLove, especially its planning phase. 🎶

I’m not at my best self and thats okay. I'm the type of person who always says “I’m okay” whenever asked. Well, sometimes its true and there are times that its the other way around. Several nights ago, I made a coffee scented candle with a mini bouquet. While making the candle, it helped me ease my mind from some of my worries. While preparing this order as a housewarming gift from a friend of mine, it reminded me how important it is to treasure all the friendship that we have and we will be having along the way. Tbh, its a lot more easier to be true to what we feel to our friends because they are the ones who will stand with us and hold our hands when we feel cold on the inside. So to all my friends who have been there for me, thank you from the bottom of my hypothalamus haha!! 🤣🌹

The seeds you planted before is now bearing its fruits. Little did you know that these things are leading you into something more beautiful and bigger than you are expecting. ✨

Hi, I’m Kyla the owner of Rosa (not the owner of Tala, but how I wish tho). I’m just like you believe me or not, I have a lot of stories to tell, dreams, and hopes to share. I remember I mentioned in one of my prayers, I asked God to bless Rosa to be this canvas, not just for me but also for others as well. I know how it feels like to live in your own world and get drowned with your own words and thoughts. I know what it feels like to desperately look for a channel or outlet. I know what it feels like to always want to run away hundreds of times but you can’t. I’ve been looking, just like you. Looking for places, things, words, and stories that could ease my mind, calm my thoughts and blur my world. If you would notice, we don’t have a standard format and theme. To be honest we are still in exploration just like you. But we’re certain about one thing, our purpose, what I wanted Rosa to be and to do, which is

“to shed light, hope, and beauty in all things”

Last September, while I was making these thank you cards, I suddenly thought of what I wanted to emulate in Rosa, and it is to use this platform to shed

Light, with our Scented Beeswax Candles that are meant not just to literally give light but also a way for someone to ease their mind and clear their thoughts. I believe in the flicker of light, I need to. Someone said to me, even if all I got is a flicker, this flicker could soon be multiplied.
