【ANNOUNCEMENT】
We know you've all been asking for updates regarding your orders, and we apologize for not being able to respond to everyone sooner.

At present time, I wasn't able to focus on Pastel Fox orders due to the sudden changes at work. This current change would probably go on till december, as my account is closing and I'm going to transfer to a new account. This isn't including the request to return to office, which hasn't been helpful as well with my schedule, as travelling to and from the office takes up even more of my time.

With this said, it was only recently that I was able to contact Simang Doujin regarding the pending orders, and had paid for the domestic shipping that was requested (no worries, this will not be an additional charge on your end). As of now, we are still waiting on Simang Doujin to ship out all the onhand orders, and this will still take a while to reach the Philippines via sea freight once the orders have arrived at the China warehouse.

Rest assured, even if we are unable to respond to everyone, due to the changes at work, we will definitely send an update once the items arrive. Most especially the doll orders.

Again, we truly apologize for causing unnecessary worry on your end, and we as well, hope that the items arrive soon. Hoping for your continued trust and patience regarding all pending orders 👏 and a never ending thank you for all your support 😭

Hi everyone! Sorry for being unresponsive. Here's an update about the order arrivals during the Chinese New Year season:

All orders that arrived at my CH address from 2 December until 17 January were shipped out on 18 January. Any orders that arrived from 18 January onwards will be shipped out by 15 February due to the Chinese New Year celebrations.

For the Itto ice cream, we did a trial to have it shipped via my other address because it's not available on my main address. It was via air so it arrived in three days, but since there was no freezer option via air, the ice cream melted 😭

Oh well, we will have to wait until it becomes available on my main address 😅

I am not selling these melted ice cream. Intay tayo na maging available sya sa may freezer option na freight ☺️

Unfortunately, I missed out on the preorder because they opened on Christmas Eve and I was celebrating at that time with my family.

Anyway, I am opening 10 slots in a waitlist if it ever gets back in stock!

Q: Did you have permission to post these pictures?
A: Yes, we did get permission to use the images (i sent the PM via Twitter using my Twitter account)

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in the Philippines and we can cater to orders for PH residents. You are free to order from us even if you're overseas, but please be advised that the sf from PH to your country might be expensive.

Q: What are the set inclusions?
A: The set for each character will include the doll and the kigurumi. The earrings will be added to the orders if there are earrings included.

Q: How big is the doll?
A: It will be a 20cm doll

Q: How much will it cost?
A: Please check the prices above.

Q: Can you buy the doll and kigurumi separately?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I still order the old releases? (Zhongli, Childe, Venti, Diluc)
A: Short answer, NO. Long answer, we will have onhand stocks, but those are limited and even if you PM us, we wont let you get one slot before the others. This will be on a 1st to checkout, 1st to secure basis and will be posted on our Shopee page once it arrives.

most of the Xiao and Kaeya dolls arrived! Four boxes of them tbh 😭 There are still 8 Xiao dolls that weren't delivered yet due to the issue currently happening in CN where they have limited electricity in their factories, which is why this is taking a lot longer than expected. And, I have a big order. They are prioritising smaller orders.
