Here's a pro tip for a good juicy and tender meat:

Do a warm-up. Take the steak out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour before cooking. Chilled steaks won't cook evenly -- the colder the steak when it hits the grill, the longer it will take to cook it (whether you use a pan or a grill) and those extra minutes add up to a tougher, drier steak.

Let it rest. After frying or grilling your steak, wait at least 5 minutes before slicing. This gives the juices a chance to settle back into the meat, keeping the steak moister and more flavorful.
