Hiyas ng Kalikasan celebrates Cavite’s golden harvest, uniting tradition and innovation in fine gastronomy. At its center is a mango mousse log with Tagaytay pineapple compote, crowned by Amadeo honeycomb. A molecular maja blanca, shaped like corn yet revealed as coconut-and-corn, surprises with nostalgia. A Silvana and barako coffee caviar bring depth, while kalamansi gelato refreshes. A turon de langka pillow, gilded with gold leaf, transforms humble street food into a jewel of elegance. Presented in a locked treasure chest, unveiled with a golden key, it symbolizes a jewel of the land—a golden harvest, a golden legacy remembered.

Libro ng Lahi is more than a dish — it is a living chapter of our culinary identity, inspired by the colonial-era spirit of Alta Veranda. Its parchment is set aflame, symbolizing forgotten recipes reignited once more. Inside lies grilled Chilean sea bass, enriched with French sabayon and salted egg from Pateros, paired with kalabasa purée, tart santol, and adlai risotto from Mindanao. Pako, molecular caviar pearls, Bicol pili nuts, and asin tibuok from Bohol complete the harmony. It is not simply placed — it is bestowed. Hindi lang ito pagkain. Ito ay pamana.
