Agapito established Seniora Fidelis Catering Services to provide services for the Provincial Capitol of Bulacan as official caterer at the Hiyas Convention Center. For the next nine years, Seniora Fidelis has built a good reputation for delicious food at affordable price not just in the government sector but private as well. Events catered by Seniora Fidelis at the time ranged from small important
meetings up to group events of a thousand and more. In 2008, Seniora Fidelis decided to concentrate on the private sector and changed name to Catalino’s Catering and Food Services under the management of Ms. Today, Catalino’s Catering and Food Services continues upon the reputation it has built throughout the years as providers of delicious good food at affordable price.
