Not that bad for the first timeππ
ππ"Golden Filipiniana Gown"ππ
A customized design by Francis Art R. Valones and only fitting for Valerie Antonio Cacatian to wear ππ
This golden gown tells a story of a dream, and a shimmering memories of the past. A dream so golden, it deserves to be envisioned into reality. And a golden memories, that she will keep and treasured forever.
Gold is usually a color of a treasure, and this moment of a woman's life is something she can consider as her own golden treasure as she welcome herself into legality and to begin her new chapter in life.
"Fireworks" ππ is my inspiration for the intricate details of this gown. It represents both beauty and power of a women, just as how loud and mesmerizing the firework is when ignited. Furthermore, the aurous bursts of a fireworks symbolizes a celebration of Valerie's great achievement in life as she turns 18 and stepped in to a next level of her life. This is the moment that will change her life forever.
The usage of both curvy and rigid lines reflects a harmonious combination of gentleness and strength. Bit by bit, lace by lace, bead by bead, every tiny piece of a rhinestones, crystal, and sequins with different shapes, sizes, and colors was meticulously hand embroidered into this golden fabric to create a dynamic that forms the shape of a giant bursting fireworks. It took more that five(5) days to complete the intricate design of the gown.
"Just like goldπ, you are indestructible"
