The Provincial Government of Bulacan's float, featuring a stunning replica of the Barasoain Church adorned with intricately crafted bamboos and ornaments, make its way through the streets of Basilica Minore Malolos Cathedral Church, Pabalat of San Miguel, Kakanin of Bulakan and Marilao , Sukang Paombong, Minasa Of Bustos, Kneeling carabao of Pulilan, Palay of San Ildefonso and Other Municipality. while on board were the 2023 Hari at Reyna ng Singkaban, Paul Bernard C. Carreon and Ma. Althea F. Franco, heading to the Bulacan Capitol Building during the Parada ng Karosa. This extravagant procession marked the beginning of the grand opening of the Singkaban Festival 2024, which took place in front of the Bulacan Capitol Building, Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday.

Niรฑo ng Batangan ang pangunahing patron ng bayan ng Batangas (noon ay Batangan) simula pa noong circa 1581. Ayon sa nakatalang kasaysayan ng bayan ng Batangan, ang mapaghimalang imaheng ito ng pinaniniwalaang lulan ng isang barko ng mga Kastila mula sa Maynila na nagbibiyahe patungong Sugbu (ngayon ay Cebu)
