ON THE DAY COORDINATION

This package is perfect for you if you have already planned your big day and just need the help of professionals to oversee everything on the wedding day to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
The following is an outline of some of the tasks that OOTD Events handles for you on the day of your wedding:

OOTD’s coordinators will report to the couple’s getting dressed location 7 hours (not 5, not 6) prior to the ceremony, attending to their every need and concern.

A bride and groom managers will be assigned to the couple and will be with them all throughout the day.

Remind all booked suppliers for their calltime (HMUA, Photographer & Videographer, Flowers, Cake and others.)

Coordinate any food deliveries including food for suppliers (hmua, photog,mobile bar, photobooth, etc).

Proper turn-over of wedding materials including contracts and payments to vendors.

Ensure that transportation arrives on time and also couple’s timely departure from the getting dressed location to the ceremony venue.

Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle.

Distribute flowers and boutonnieres to the whole entourage.

Cue ceremony musicians when bridal party is ready to begin processional.

Supervise the entrance of the bride. (We’re experts on this!)

Assist in picture taking after the ceremony.

Secure all items used during the ceremony to ensure proper turnover.

Coordinators at the reception will advise suppliers as to where to set up. (Band, caterer, photobooth, etc.)

Set up table numbers/names and menu cards (if there is any).

Supervise registration of guests and ensure that the seating arrangement would be followed.

Also assist in ushering guests to their respective table assignment.

Assist the bride for her retouch before the start of the program and make sure this is done in a timely manner.

Distribution of wedding souvenirs, overseeing the circulation of Signature Book/Frame, and guestbook signing.

Distribute final payments to suppliers at the end of the day.

Turnover all wedding accessories used in the wedding ceremony and reception and all gifts received to the couple or to their authorized representative.

Indeed, our team was destined to be part of this event. ☺️ ❤️

A little back story, they booked us last 2019 for their supposed wedding on Feb 2020. Then the pandemic striked and with all the restrictions here and there, they have decided to postpone the wedding.

One year after, they reached out to us informing that they will be pushing with the occasion, but our team was not available on their target date then. So all the while, we thought that they have hired another team. 🥺

After a few months, the bride messaged us, and she told us that the event was again postponed because of a blessing they have received.

And to our surprise, after another year, they sent us a message, telling us that they will still be pushing with our team to coordinate their BIG DAY! ❤️

Three years in the making and they have now tied the knot!

Undeniably, our team is meant for this milestone as they are both meant for each other!
