𝗥𝗼𝘅𝗮𝘀, 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 – Isang insidente sa terminal ng Roxas ang nagdulot ng galit at pagkadismaya ng isang pasahero matapos silang hindi umano agad payagang sumakay sa van papuntang Bongabong noong Enero 7, 2025, bandang alas-5 ng hapon.

Ayon sa reklamo ng pasahero, kasama ang kanyang dalawang anak, isang matandang babae, at dalawang estudyante, pinaghintay sila ng halos isang oras. Sa kabila ng kanilang matagal na paghihintay, tila mas binigyang-priyoridad ang mga pasaherong may mas malalayong destinasyon tulad ng Calapan.

Kwento ng nagrereklamo, 5:41 ng hapon nang umalis ang van upang umano'y may sunduin pa. Ngunit kahit bumalik ito ng alas-6 ng gabi, hindi pa rin sila pinasakay nang maayos. Nang sinilip ang loob ng van, puno na umano ito ng mga pasahero, at naisingit lamang ang isa sa kanilang anim. Ang tatlo niyang mag-iina at dalawang estudyante ay naiwan pa rin sa terminal.

"Ano ang silbi ng paghihintay kung ipagsisingit lang kami? May dalawang bata akong kasama, tapos gabi na. Dapat inisip nila ang sitwasyon namin," hinaing ng pasahero.

Dagdag pa niya, dapat magkaroon ng malinaw na patakaran sa terminal upang maiwasan ang ganitong uri ng diskriminasyon at abala sa mga pasahero.

Nanawagan ang pasahero sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) na imbestigahan ang insidente at tiyaking maipatupad ang patas na proseso sa pagsakay sa mga pampublikong sasakyan.
