"The Canitoan Festival is celebrated every last sunday of February. The word "Canitoan" comes from the word "Neto," which refers to the root of a tree. This is the livelihood of the people living in Canitoan, who use it to make plates, baskets, and other handicrafts."

So the youth from Zone 10 Calaanan, Canitoan are participating in the 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (ᴛʜᴇᴍᴇ: ᴘᴀɢʟᴀᴍʙᴏ sᴀ ᴛᴏʀɪsᴍᴏ ᴜɢ ᴋᴀʙɪʟɪɴ) this coming February 18, 2025, at brgy. Canitoan Covered Court. They are excited to showcase their dancing talents and are hoping for your support in the upcoming competition!"🫶

What is HIV & AIDS?

H- Human (Only sa Tao lang)
I- immunodeficiency (Sundalo sa lawas na gaka anam og patay)
V- Virus (Kagaw)

AIDS

A- Acquired ( Nakuha )
I- Immuno ( Sundalo sa lawas na anam gaka patay )
D- Deficiency
S- Syndrome ( Lain2x na sakit na makuha Like TB PNEUMONIA)

Note! Walai na matay sa HIV & AIDS. Ang gi kamatyan sa tao nga naay HIV kai tungod nakakuha na siyag mga lain2x na sakit tungod sa AIDS STAGE. Sakit nakuha TB or Pneumonia. Pag naay mamatay na HIV positive ang e declare sa Doctor kung unsa na sakit iyaha nakuha. Ex. TB.
Mamatay ang Dugo nga naay HIV kung mahanginan 2-3 seconds.

Note: Window Period
( Last S*x exposure or nakig hilawas ka nga nagawasan ka.
EX. Karun na bulan, Dapat after 3 month magpa test kai kung kung karun na bulan ka magpa test sa last s*x nimu, dili ma kita/Detect si HIV kai ang gina Detect sa Test kit is si HIV Antibody, So advisable 3 months after gikan sa last s*x exposure, Ma S*xual man or Non s*xual arun sure dyyd nga naa si HIV. )

Note: 2-10 years Asymptomatic si HIV or wala kai ma bati na symptomas kai wala symtomas si HIV.

Note: Withdrawal during s*x is not advisable kai even precum or 1 drop sa Tulos sa Lalaki or Breastmilk sa mama nga naay HIV, Thousands of Virus nana siya kai mag anam nag kadako og panganak. Condom dyud arun dili lang si HIV atoa makuha apil na si S*xually transmitted Infections ( STI ) Syphilis is very alarming.

1. (Unprotected S*x with Penetrative S*x) Nakig s*x na walai gamit protection na naay penetrasyon
2. (Infected BLOOD to BLOOD) Dugo sa Dugo (Sharing needles or inject drugs in 1 use of single syringe
3. (INFECTED MOTHER TO CHILD) Mama nga naay HIV ( Matakdan ang bata during Pregnancy and Delivery.)

4 ka likido sa lawas nga matakdan lang kita sa HIV. (4 infected body Fuids)

1. Dugo (BLOOD)
2. Tulos sa lalaki (SEMEN)
3. Likido sa Babae or Duga sa Babae ( VAGINAL FLUID)
4. Gatas sa Mama na naay HIV (Breast milk)

4 ka principyo para ma kompleto si HIV (4 principles to complete HIV transmission)

E- EXIT (Pag gawas sa infected na Dugo, Tulos sa lalaki, Duga sa Babae og breastmilk sa mama)
S- Sufficient ( Insakto ba na kadaghanon sa infected Semen, Viganal Fluid, Blood & Breastmilk ang ni gawas)
S- Survive ( Mabuhi ba ang Virus)
E- Enter ( Ang pag sulod na daun sa Virus sa lawas )

5 ka pamaagi para malikayan si HIV or (5 ways to prevent HIV)

A- Abstain from S*x ( No s*x )
B- Be mutually faithful to your faithful partner ( Ikaw ra og siya )
C- Correct and Consistent of Condom use ( Sakto og permi na pag gamit)
D- Don't inject drugs and drink too much alcohol ( Dili mag inject og illegal Drugs og dili mo inom na ilimnon makahubog) - kai once maka inom ta and naay Illegal drugs ma involve, mawala ta sa panghunahuna og wala nata kabalo unsa na atong gipang buhat.
E- Education and Early Detection ( Ma edukar og maka balo sayo saiyaha Status)

Note: Ang Tao nga naay HIV walai symptomas, Normal ra na nga tao. Ma gwapo og Gwapa ka wAla mailhan sa tao nga naay HIV unless kung mag pa test. Wala kabalo si HIV kung unsay Gender sa usa ka tao musulod rana.

We sincerely regret that the 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 & 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 have been canceled. The zone president disapproved of it, and there was a scheduling difficulty as well. I am aware that a lot of people were upset and messaged me privately to inquire about the cancellation. The news also devastated us, but since the zone president had already planned other events, We did our best to make it happen, but there's nothing more we can do. Let's accept the situation as it is. We sincerely appreciate your love and support for our organization. 🫶
