It all started with the vision of the late National Artist for Theater, Severino Montano to use drama and theater to educate people. His Arena Theater and Drama Education Program opened many opportunities to the new breed of teachers, students and artists. In 2010, Mr. Joe Louie A. Lavaro a teacher of Cielito Zamora High School and a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Speech and
Theater Arts founded the Uno De Teatro, the official performing arts group of the school during the time of Ms. Rebecca Dela Cruz. This was replaced by the CZHS Theater Guild in the same year and by The CZHS Thespian Society in 2012. In its 6 years of existence the group already produced a number of plays and productions such as Forever Witches, Ang Tiririt ng Ibong Adarna, Mamma Mia, Sa P**a Sa Puti, Sabina and NOSI BA KAW-I, Madame Bertud among others. In 2012, Mr. Froilan Tindugan a seasoned member/conductor/Musical Director of different Choral groups became a teacher in Cielito Zamora High School. Upon his arrival, he founded The CZHS Chorale. Under him the group performed in different concerts and presentations inside and outside the institution. They also competed and won on various competition. They were also invited by different NGOs including The Knights of Columbus to perform on special occasions. In 2015, Mr. Tirso R. Dela Cruz, the principal of the school tasked Lavaro to form the Cultural Affairs Office and add two more clubs under it aside from the Thespian Society and CZHS Chorale. Shernan Guevarra and Ms. Michelle Purcia, both T.L.E. teacher, and passionate visual artists answered the call to form the Obra Arts Club. They were the reasons for the very beautiful backdrops and stage sets for the entire year. They also conducted lectures and workshops which enhanced the skills and talents of its members. Meanwhile Mr. Ian Parohinog was assigned to be the adviser of The Kalinangan Dance Troupe. He was helped by Ms. Rhea Andrade. In 2016, the Cultural Affairs was institutionalized and changed its name to CZHS Talent Center. Unlike before, all the clubs were merged. The founding Board of Artistic Directors include Mr. JOe Louie Lavaro as the Director for Theater, Mr. Froilan Tindugan as the Musical Director and Mr. Shernan Guevara and Ms. Michelle Purcia as the Directors for Visual Arts.
